The students died when a minibus plunged down a steep incline and went into the raging seas at Rock Gutter, an uninhabited area between Owia and Fancy on St. Vincent’s east coast.

  1. i am vaguely remembering the circumstances surrounding this story; are there any reports to state why the two first persons (Ehud Myers and Colbert Bowens) were charged?

  2. If my memory is correct , the van is , was owned by a church in Fancy . The pastor is the CEO or the leader of the church . The driver said the Brakes on the van failed that morning .
Because the pastor is the leader of the church , he should make sure that the van is maintain properly .
I dont know if the other person was the mechanic so i dont want to speculate why he is charged also .
If he was the mechanic he will be charge also for the poor mechanical upkeep of the van and negligence.
