In the last minute of the recording we hear the lawyers for both the ULP and NDP, in regards to the election. The ULP is trying to get the case thrown-out on a minor technicality. That should raise an alarm in all of us that the ULP knows they cannot win on the merits of the case so they are searching for a minor technicality. They seem to be very afraid of the evidence! In other words: apparently they did cheat on the election!
