Attackers 1, Attackers 2, General Hardware Richmond Hill United and Dover’s Electrical Services were all in winners row when action the Third Annual Dovers Electrical Services East Kingstown Sports Association Softball Cricket Competition continued on the weekend at the Grammar School Playing Field.

In the first match Saturday, Attackers 2 had a 24-run win over Bank of SVG All Stars. Batting first, Attackers 2 reached 109 for 7 off their allotted of 15 overs.

Randy Yorke top scored with 45. Andrew little grabbed 4 for 17, bowling for Bank of SVG All Stars. In reply, Bank of SVG mustered 85 for 7 off their 15 overs. Jevorn Seales, made 2 for 10, and Kirby Simmons, 2 for 14, bowling for Attackers 2.

In the other match on Saturday, Attackers 1 had a comfortable 5-wickets win over Combine Forces. Batting first, Combine Forces were restricted to 68 all out off 19.1 overs. Cornelius Edwards bagged 4 for 10 and Atneil Ash 2 for 11, bowling for Attackers 1. In reply, Attackers 1 race to 74 for 5 off 12.3 overs.

Peter Campbell made 22 not out. Marlon Williams, 2 for 16, and Mikeil Hamilton, 2 for 18, got amongst the wickets for Combine Forces

In the first match on Sunday, General Hardware Supplies Richmond Hill United beat Nice Radio Clinchers by 6 wickets.

Batting first, Nice Radio Clinchers were dismissed for 78 off 17.3 overs. Shavis Trimmingham took 2 for 4, Depter Culzac, 2 for 21, and Zenroy Lee, 2 for 30, took wickets for General Hardware Supplies Richmond Hill United.

In reply, General Hardware Richmond Hill United reached their victory target of 79 for 4 off 12.3 overs. Rohan Ash top scored with 26. Depter Culzac made 20 not out.

In the feature match on Sunday, Dovers Electrical Services had an exciting 6-run win over Customs. Batting first, Dovers Electrical Services were dismissed for 91 off 15.4 overs.

Ralson Nanton made 20. Chester Hendrickson took 3 for 21, Calbert Springer, 2 for 22, and Ronique Edwards, 2 for 25, bowling for Customs.

In reply Customs reached 85 for 9 off 20 overs. Raymond Mingo made 18. Julius London, 3 for 7, and Everton Thomas took, 2 for 12, bowling for Dovers Electrical Services.
