WOUNDING: On Sept. 13, Calvert Providence, a 34-year-old farmer of Vermont, was arrested and charged with unlawfully and maliciously wounding Anthony Richards, a 36-year-old labourer of the same address, to wit by chopping him about his body with a cutlass with intent to do so at Vermont on Aug. 25.

WOUNDING: On Sept. 13, Bradley Brackin, a 32-year-old mechanic of Sandy Bay, was arrested and charged with unlawfully and maliciously inflicting grievous bodily harm on Christopher Roberts, a 39-year-old farmer of the same address, to wit, by beating him about his body with a piece of pipe and a cutlass, at Sandy Bay on May 27.

ILLEGAL DRUGS: On Sept. 13, Chester Webb, a 48-year-old carpenter of Carrierre/Grand Bay, was arrested and charged with having in possession a controlled drug, to wit, 670 grammes of cannabis, with intent to supply it to another at Grand Bay on Sept. 13.

MOTOR VEHICLE USE WITHOUT CONSENT: On Sept. 14, Danilon Victory, a 24-year-old unemployed male of Green Hill, was arrested and charged with taking motor vehicle RM-646 without the consent of the owner, Gregory Boyea, a 43-year-old businessman of Old Montrose at Green Hill on Sept. 13.

DISOBEYING COURT ORDER: On Sept. 15, Lennox Allicot, a 34-year-old mechanic of Belair, was arrested and charged with disobeying court order FC 10/2011 duly made by the President of the Family Court, Coleen Mc Donald on the Sept. 15.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY: On Sept. 15, Shawn Tannis, a 33-year-old labourer of Redemption Sharpes, was arrested and charged with without lawful excuse damaged one rear right side glass of motor vehicle PL-857, valued EC$450, to wit by smashing same with an unknown object, the property of Michael Griffith, a 42-year-old businessman of Level Garden.

He also faces a second count of with intent to commit the offence of theft did an act which is more than merely preparatory to the commission of the offence, to wit by entering motor vehicle PL-857 and attempting to remove its CD player at Level Gardens on Aug. 17.
