PRESS Job readinessOver 20 young persons in the North Leeward benefited from a job readiness workshop at the Petit Bordel Secondary School on Saturday.

The workshop, spearheaded by the Generation Next North Leeward youth organisation, saw participants engaged in a lecture and practical session focusing on job search techniques and curriculum vitae writing.

The workshop formed part of a series of projects designed to teach job seekers and school leavers how to obtain and sustain employment.

Delivering brief remarks at the opening of the one-day workshop attorney Carlos James urged the participants to take a more proactive approach when dealing with matters relating to the youth.
