Police say a post mortem will be conducted on the body of the Guyanese man who died in a vehicular accident in Canouan around 6:50 a.m. Tuesday.
The Police Public Relations Department, in a release on Thursday, said Kerry Kent Ramator, a 36-year-old labourer of Guyana/Barbados, a passenger on motor vehicle PN 52, fell from the vehicle and sustained serious injuries to his head.
He was taken to the Canouan Clinic, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
Police say their investigation in the circumstances surrounding the fatal accident continues.
They say that then the accident occurred, the vehicle, a white Isuzu jeep owned by CCA Ltd., was being driven by Odell Baptiste, a 46-year-old chauffeur of Colonarie.
