Politicians who are haters, distributors of malice and spite, and are political bullies, are always cowards. They like to pick on small sections of the society, little groups and little people.

They know that little and disorganised people can be no threat to them so they are able to administer hatred, spite and malice without it affecting very much their support during the election process. And in any case, they can always re-buy them with a few trinkets at a later date, even on the very morning of an election.

Now I actually believe that the current leadership and the people who they insult and treat with absolute scorn and disdain fall into those very categories. What we can be sure of is that our silence in the face of assault is an act of complicity. It’s the very kind of acceptance that brought about the slavery of our forefathers.

Politicians who think with their epidermis or their genitalia, their ruling class ancestry or clan and family, entitle them to be our masters, are the problem we should not tolerate.

One does not banish this spectre of bad behaviour by invoking it ourselves. If we would not vote against someone on the grounds of “race” or “gender” alone, then by the same token, we would not cast a vote in their favour for the identical reason. Yet see how this obvious question makes fairly intelligent Vincentian people say the most alarmingly stupid things and act in the most ignorant ways. If we are willing to accept scum behaviour from scum politicians, perhaps we deserve to be ground under the boot of these political bullies.

Our love of holy goodness is our greatest curse, the source of all that bedevils us. It is the source of homophobia, xenophobia, racism, sexism, terrorism, bigotry of every variety and hue, because it tells us there is one right way to do things, to look, to behave, to feel, when the only right way is to feel what is the right way to dispose of these people who are in fact the emissaries of Satan himself. We must see through their pretence of Christianity, through their pretence of love of us, the Vincentian people.

However modest one may be in one’s demand for intellectual and political cleanliness, one cannot help feeling, when coming into contact with the present ULP regime, a kind of inexpressible discomfiture: for the unchecked impudence with which the ill qualified among their Marxist leadership want to raise their voice on the greatest problems and even claim to be judges of all things, surpasses all measure. The shameless levity with which the most intractable problems (nature, life, world, God, purpose of life) are spoken of, as if they were not problems at all but simply things that these little Marxist bigots can wave a wand at to make them disappear, or control.

Anti-Americanism, anti-Britishism and anti-decency as shown by this nasty ruling Vincentian regime, with the help of the ALBA membership, may indeed have grown fiercer than it was during the East-West cold war. In fact, SVG has never before shown hatred and intolerance towards the USA or Britain as it does under ALBA or this nasty socialist regime. Some say it is a common phenomenon that when the angels fail to deliver, Satan’s demons become more fearsome; yet in real life that can be no excuse.

Decency is, or at the very least was, one of our defining Vincentian qualities, but it is being, or has been, eroded until our living standards, the way of life and the very standards of our people are under a destructive threat by these left wing politician scumbags.

It’s time to turf them out.

All those who approve say “Aye” all those who don’t agree say “nay”. The “Ayes” have it, the “Ayes” have it.

  1. There are some generic truths embedded in this piece. However, I am not so sure that they apply to SVG as yet or that they ever will. Just for the record, I do not consider it vitriol, neither do I consider it malicious. It’s a beautifully rough minefield this sweet world of ours.
What I can say with certainty up to now is that some like it hot and some like it cold.

  2. Rubbish, rubbish, that’s all you speaks. Nothing like you can distract our hard working team. What you must do dig deep in to your pockets and make a contribution to those people that are affected by the recent Trough System. Big mouth Peter
