The National Lotteries Authority (NLA) today (Wednesday) launched a new instant money game, the proceeds from which will go toward the relief effort for persons affected by the Christmas floods.
Anthony Dennie, product development officer at the NLA, said the game, “Solid Gold”, is available at all NLA agents and the NLA headquarters for EC$2.
Persons can win up to EC$10,000.
The NLA has contributed EC$100,000 to the relief effort and, Dennie said that the authority is encouraging businesses and other persons to continue to contribute to the national effort.
“We urge all our customers to purchase at least one ‘Solid Gold’ scratch ticket which gives them a chance to win cash and at the same time assist with the rebuilding of our country,” Dennie said in the release.
