Thousands of persons danced to the music of Evangelist Marvia Providence as the curtains came down on Gospel Fest 2014 at Victoria Park on Sunday.
Providence was the featured artiste at the show, which also showcased some of the new talents discovered during the zonal showcases in the weeks prior.
Among persons making their first appearance at the Gospel Fest showcase was Gabrielle Gurley, a soloist in the Under 13 category, who gave a riveting rendition of the popular gospel song “Break Every Chain”.
Special guests at the event included “Called Out” and Warren Ollivierre.
The festival, which began on April 13, was observed under the theme “Experiencing the Power of God”.
