A Georgetown resident is scheduled to appear before the magistrate court on July 21, having been accused of indecent exposure.
Marvin Smart is charged that on May 28, 2014, at a public place in Georgetown he “wilfully exposed” his “penis to the public”.
Smart appeared before the Kingstown Magistrate Court earlier this week and pleaded not guilty to the charge.
He was not represented by legal counsel.
The prosecution did not object to bail and he was granted bail in the sum of EC$1,000 with one surety.
The matter has been transferred to the Georgetown court.
The overwhelming reported rape cases and now this. Isn’t this a clear indication that people need mental health care in this country? The administration has no clue about how to help to stabilize and develop this country
No Government could of prevented this person from doing that act.
