If he were a true leader and knew he won fairly, he would have waited until after the recount; even though it seems the ULP “stuffed” extra ballots into the box and they would have at least appeared to win. It shows his lack of respect for the people and the voting process. It reminds me of after the floods when he ignored the representatives of constituencies that voted NDP. His contempt of the people is shocking. More shocking is that there are enough people that don’t care that he has a lack of respect for democracy.
