I saw this scenario while there a few months ago. I saw surprise to see the van drivers heading to Sandy Bay doing the same thing the Leeward drivers are doing. They would pass other vehicles on corners and at speed that’s above normal. But what can ones expect the government is reckless and so are many Vincentians. The problem is they are playing with peoples lives.
