Police in Kingstown have intensified their investigation into the disappearance of a Trinidadian boat captain whose body was found on Friday, two days after he went missing.

A missing person report had been made for Alexis McLean, 53, of Trinidad after he was last seen sometime between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. Wednesday.

His body was discovered sometime just before 7 p.m. Friday floating on the water at Kingstown Wharf.
