With the ever-increasing influx of vehicles, one would hope that licensed drivers would be more compassionate, pragmatic, common sensical, reasonable, decent, civil-minded, aware, fair-minded, sociable, or less hoggish. Not all those things, you know. Heavens, no. Just one. Any one.

We all have camera phones, naming and shaming those motorist who are inconsiderate would go some way to changing behaviour of some of these cretins.
The failure to enforce laws does nothing to change minds about selfishness,but certainly encourages lawlessness.
