Police on Sunday arrested and charged a 15-year-old mechanic of Stubbs for indecent assault.
“According to investigations on June 1, 2018, at 9:40 a.m. at Victoria Village, the accused indecently assaulted a 4-year-old pre-schooler of Victoria Village, she being a child under the age of 15 years old,” police said in a statement.
The accused is expected to appear before the Family Court Magistrate to answer the charge.
