Two Vincentians men are in custody awaiting an extradition hearing in connection with their alleged robbery of a credit union in Grenada.

The two men, Anlee Parsons and Hyah Browne, both 23, of Carriere, appeared at the Serious Offences Court in Kingstown on Thursday.

Chief Magistrate Rechanne Browne ordered that they be remanded in custody, pending their extradition hearing.

The men are alleged to have robbed the Carriacou branch of the Grenada Union of Teachers Credit Union of an undisclosed sum of money around 8:30 a.m. on Oct. 11. The men were arrested in St. Vincent last Friday.

  1. I wonder what type of equipment was used in Grenada by these Vincy men.If they are proven to be guilty.For now they are innocent.
