KINGSTOWN, St. Vincent – Cabinet Secretary Susan Dougan has announced that Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2011, shall be kept as a public holiday in accordance with Section 5 of the Public Holidays Act, CAP 274 of the Laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Both Christmas and New Year’s Day will fall on Sundays.
