KINGSTOWN, St. Vincent – Police here are investigating the death of a 23-year-old mentally ill woman who was found dead on a beach in North Leeward around 7 a.m. on Thursday.
Sources tell I-Witness News that Laferne Lockhart is believed to have been sexually assaulted and killed.
