KINGSTOWN, St. Vincent — A pilot, identified as Andy Bowman, died around 8: 30 p.m. Sunday when a vehicle he was driving ran off the road in Prospect, well-placed sources tell I-Witness News.
Initial reports are that the vehicle ran over an embankment and that the other occupant of the vehicle suffered minor injuries.
