KINGSTOWN, St. Vincent – Young carnival lovers here took to Carnival City — Victoria Park — and the streets of this city for Junior Carnival last Saturday.
Fourteen mas band competed in the event. I-Witness News captured some footage of the young lads and lasses in their carnival consumes.
