It will be observed under the theme “Men ought always to pray.”

To mark the occasion, a prayer rally will be held at Heritage Square, Kingstown from 12 noon to 2.30 p.m.

Churches throughout the country will be participating in this event. The featured message will be delivered by Pastor Caldon Charles of the Rillan Hill Church of the Nazarene.

The organising committee is urging the public to attend and use the opportunity to pray for the nation.

The public is also being asked to call the various radio shows on that day to offer prayers for the nation.

This is the sixth year the day is being observed in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
