The Kara Dance Ministry will extend its reach in ministry by facilitating a praise and worship experience under the theme, ‘The Purpose-Driven Life’ on Friday, Nov. 4, at the New Testament Church of God, Lowmans Hill.
Organisers say that the conception of the event acknowledges that persons were made for worship (Revelation 4:11), service (I Peter 4:10, 11) and missions (Matthew 28:19, 20).
In that light, the aims of the event areto encourage Christians to be more deliberate in living a purpose-driven life for God in worship, service and missions and to facilitate a fulfilling worship experience for churches across St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
The free event will feature gospel artistes including the Called Out Worship Team, Jason Providence, Chad Israel Durrant and Naudine Howell, Gary Bynoe of Spoken Word (SVG), HEART Worship Band of the Methodist Church and dance groups from various churches across St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Organisers say persons from all denominations are encouraged to join in the momentous worship experience.
The Kara Dance Ministry, housed at the New Testament Church of God, Lowmans Hill, was founded in 1998.
Over the years, the group has evolved into a full-fledged unisex dance ensemble and has helped many of its members grow spiritually, socially and intellectually through ministry in dance.
