Police say they do not suspect foul play in the death of an elderly man whose body was found in a bus stop in North Leeward.
On Sunday, Dec. 31, 2017, police at Spring Village Police Station were alerted to a motionless male lying in the bus stop at Coulls Hill at about 5:45 a.m.
Police responded and discovered Arthur Joseph, 67, unemployed of Coulls Hill, lying in the said bus stop and appeared to be dead.
The District Medical Officer was summoned and pronounced Joseph dead.
The Police Public Relations Department said on Tuesday that foul play is not suspected in this incident.
However, a post-mortem will be conducted on Joseph’s body.
