At 3:26 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 24, Jeffery Robinson of Barbados reported the vessel “MISS D”, registration number L83 captained by Mr. Henderson Jordan, as missing or overdue.

The vessel left St. Lucia for Barbados and has not yet arrived to its destination. 

The vessel is 31 feet long, has an inboard engine, and a blue exterior with white canopy with one white icebox on the stern. 

At 1:13 a.m. the Coast Guard received information that the vessel was located at LAT 13 2N, 60 59W and was reportedly taking in water. 

MRCC Fort De France at 11:49 a.m. gave a new position of 8.5NM NW of St. Vincent.  The SVG Coast Guard is responding.

The SVG Coast Guard is reiterating the need for all small crafts and sea bathers to be extremely cautious in these conditions.
