The McKies Hill man, who in May was charged with murder in connection with the August 2016 shooting death of a man at Rose Place, walked out of the Serious Offences Court in Kingstown a free man on Wednesday.
Tevin Adam Bobb, 24, was freed after Chief Magistrate Rechanne Browne concluded that the prosecution had not presented enough evidence to commit him to trial before judge and jury at the High Court.
Bobb had been charged with the Aug. 6, 2016 shooting death of Alonzo Davy at Rose Place.
Prosecutors had alleged that Bobb shot Davy in the back multiple times sometime after an argument between the two men and others.
Senior Prosecutor Adolphus Delplesche presented the case for the Crown.
Another one goes scotch free from off the hook again! Hope the prosecution tighten up their screws when coming to these murder arraignment because there are other murder accused in prison eagerly aspiring to be the next Tevin Bobb.
