The Joseph DaSilva Sr. Memorial Funeral Home has shared this Christmas season with the people of St. Vincent and the Grenadines through the giving of gifts and donations to their valued customers, well wishers, and the general public.
On Dec. 13 and 14, Christmas came to the elderly and children in the village of South Rivers.
One of the country’s senior citizens, centenarian Luciana Nelson, was the recipient of a gift basket from the funeral home.
Accepting the gift on her behalf was her son, Ormel Nelson.
Nelson expressed thanks to the funeral home for the token of appreciation to his dear mother.
Evelyn Hackshaw, another centenarian from the community, also received a gift basket.
The children in South Rivers were treated to a collection of toys.
