The Girls’ High School (GHS) took the top spots in St. Vincent and the Grenadines in this year’s Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate Examination.
The top female performer is Chenise Harper, who sat 15 subjects and obtained 15 grade ones.
The top male performer is Keanu Child of the St. Vincent Grammar School, who sat 12 subjects and obtained 12 grade ones.
Meanwhile, GHS students Kerese Cozier sat 14 subjects and passed all with Grade I; Halei Douglas sat 14 subjects and obtained 14 grade ones; Ashlyn Francis sat 14 subjects and obtained 13 grade ones and 1 grade two; and Aneilia Cato sat 14 subjects and obtained 5 grade ones, 8 grade twos and 1 grade three.
I guess there’s no harm in patting ourselves on the back from time to time. Well done GHS.
