The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Teachers Co-operative Credit Union Ltd. (SVGTCCU Ltd.) has donated EC$3,500 to the St. Benedict’s Day Nursery and Children’s Home.
The contribution was made possible through proceeds from the Credit Union’s annual Glow Run, which brings together members, families, and supporters in an atmosphere of fun, fitness, and purpose.
“Each year, the Glow Run highlights the Credit Union’s commitment to making a meaningful difference while fostering unity among participants,” a press release said.
“At SVGTCCU Ltd., we hold firmly to the principle of ‘People Helping People’. This contribution to St. Benedict’s Day Nursery is a reflection of that principle in action, as we continue to stand in solidarity with organisations that provide essential care and support to our nation’s children,” the release said.
The credit union said its mission extends beyond offering reliable financial services.
