A British man is expected to reappear before the Serious Offences Court in Kingstown on Monday for sentencing over 2.5 kilogrammes of cocaine.
Warren-Lee Davies was nabbed with the drug in a suitcase at Argyle International Airport on Wednesday, as he was preparing to board a flight to the United Kingdom.
He appeared before the Kingstown Magistrate’s Court on Friday and pleaded guilty to charges of cocaine possession and attempted exportation.
Davies was remanded in custody until his next court appearance.
