WARSAW, Poland — A United Nations Climate Change Secretariat official has lauded the disaster risk management facilities in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Antigua and Barbuda as good examples for other countries. Annett Moehner, programme officer, Cross-cutting Support and Outreach Adaptation made the observation during a presentation at the world climate change summit being held here from November 11 to 22. She elaborated during an interview after her presentation.
