The Owia Sports and Cultural Organisation (OSCO) will on Saturday evening bring fashion to Owia and surrounding communities with the staging of the first Fashion Extravaganza in the area.
The event will be a mixture of modelling and cultural performances.
There are eight sections in the Fashion show, namely: Futuristic, Innovative, Casual/Party; Swimwear; Back in Time and a Kids section.
The models are of different age groups and will include children, teenagers, mothers, and other adults.
The show is being sponsored by the St. Vincent Brewery Ltd. and will commence at 7 p.m. at the Owia Hard Court.
This is one of several activities hosted by OSCO for the year. The community group hosted successful carnival activities in Owia in June and is preparing to participate in the Christmas celebrations.
My hotel room in Caracas was searched whilst I was out, several items removed, note book and two memory sticks. Some nasty Vincentian must of tipped off the authorities I was there. I wonder who would do such a thing?
I am now across the border and travelling by road.
