On Sept. 6, Rogers, aiming for his IFBB professional status, missed it by two positions when he placed 3rd in the Men’s Masters heavyweight, weighting in at 196 lbs.

This position qualifies him to compete next year at the Arnold’s Amateur Championships and  the North American Championships.

Rogers will be making another attempt next year to gain his IFBB Professional Status (Pro. Card), where he hopes to be heavier and harder.

Rogers said he feels very happy, but, but noted that placing 1st would have allowed him to gain his IFBB Professional Status.

Nevertheless, he said, is very thankful to God, his colleagues and supporters.

Rogers also competed in the light-heavyweight category.

The bodybuilding fraternity in SVG has expressed best wishes to Rogers in all his future endeavours.
