Three pedestrians were injured when they were struck by a motor vehicle along the Lodge Village public road around 9 a.m. Sunday.
Police have confirmed the incident but are yet to release any details.
iWitness News understands that a woman, her son (a minor) and an adult male were walking along the Lodge Village public road when they were struck by a rented vehicle.
The injured pedestrians were taken to hospital, but their conditions were not known at the time of publishing this article.
Sunday’s accident took place a few hundred yards from the spot where Kunjah Browne, a 9-year-old student of Redemption Sharpes, who was a passenger in minibus, head hit a utility pole and died on Oct. 19, 2015.
