Buster
The deceased, Buster.

A North Union man died Saturday morning after being chopped at a karaoke bar, reportedly by another villager.

The chopping took place in a section of the community known as Long Piece.

Villagers have identified the dead man as “Buster”.

The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. Saturday

Police have taken the alleged assailant into custody.

The assailant is said to have sat at his gate until police arrived.

Friday night’s killing is the second homicide in St. Vincent and the Grenadines this year.

It follows the Jan. 30 shooting death of Arianna Taylor-Israel in Kingstown.

Taylor-Israel’s husband, Mitch Israel, has been charged with murder in connection with her death.

    How this is second. What happened to the feller from Glen who was shot in his face last week (Monday) and died. If not a homicide , I guess he will be classified as one of the ‘ missing persons’
