St. Vincent and the Grenadines has recorded two additional homicides, bringing the count this year to 15.

Police say they are investigating the deaths of Luciano Henville, a 20-year-old labourer of Diamonds/Victoria Village.

Unknown assailants shot Henville about his body at Victoria Village on Saturday.

Police are also investigating the death of Eddie Dabreo, 39, a labourer, of Layou.

Dabreao was met unresponsive on the bridge in the vicinity of the Public Works building in Layou with a wound to his neck.

The incident occurred at Layou on Monday.

“The cause of death is unknown. A post-mortem examination will be conducted on the body of the deceased to ascertain the cause of death,” police said, adding that the death marks the 15th homicide recorded in St. Vincent and the Grenadines for 2021.

Persons with information pertaining to this investigation are asked to call 1784-456-1339, 1784-456-1810 or any police station, or police officer they are comfortable with.

“All information will be treated confidentially,” police said.

  1. How is it they the police is asking for help with these two and few weeks ago one was done and the man was able to call names and nothing happened?????
