No one save his family will miss him. Prison did nothing to redeem Pompey. This calls into question the effectiveness of the rehabilitation programs at the prisons. Certainly it is an institution that graduate hard core criminals One enters as a soft core criminals but when you leave you became hard core. The chief of prison job is never reviewed it appears in order to satisfy goals and objectives. Variance between goals and objectives should be carried out and corrective actions made.
