Police in St. Vincent and the Grenadines said Monday that they have found what appears to be decomposed human remains on a boat that washed ashore in Canouan, in the Southern Grenadines. 

The discovery was made sometime after 10 a.m., a press release said. 

“During the initial examination of the vessel, what appeared to be decomposed human remains were found onboard.

“The identities and circumstances surrounding the discovery are yet to be determined.”

Police said that their investigation was ongoing and they will provide further updates to the public as information becomes available.

“Anyone with information that may assist with this investigation is asked to contact the Criminal Investigations Department/Major Crimes Unit at 1-784-456-1810, Police Control at 1-784-457-1211, Police Emergency at 999/911, or any police station.

“The RSVGPF thanks the public for their cooperation as we work to determine the facts of this matter,” the press release said.

  1. The RSVGPF will not solve this case. It will be the same ole sh*t as usual. The minster of national security will throw his hands in the air and return to campaigning for PM one more time.
