KINGSTOWN, St. Vincent – This country might have recorded two homicides on the weekend if Hans King, press secretary to Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves, had followed through on his contemplation.

King said Monday morning on Chris “Too Kool” Jones’ AM Mayhem on Hot FM that he contemplated killing Bryan Alexander on the weekend.

King’s thoughts about killing were in connection to a comment that Alexander reportedly posted on a social networking Web site.

King said Alexander has removed the post.

St. Vincent and the Grenadines registered another homicide Sunday night when Stephanie Peters, 25, of Greiggs died of a stab wound to the neck by a male villager.

Reports say that Peters and the man had a dispute over a child, during which she was stabbed.

Police say they are looking for Aubrey Ashton, also of Greiggs, in connection with the killing.
