MISSING: Menaleus Jocelyn (Internet photo).

KINGSTOWN, St. Vincent – The search for a Menaleus Jocelyn, 78, who has been missing since Boxing Day, intensifies today, Saturday, Jan. 7.

Police, along with Jocelyn’s relative and citizens, are expected to gather at the Sion Hill Intersection at 8:15 a.m. for the search, which begins at 8:30.

Jocelyn, also known as “Servant of the Lord,” lives alone in Cane Garden and last communicated with his family by telephone on Christmas Day.

His daughter Emily Jocelyn found the main gate, garage door, and a door of a bedroom on the ground floor of his house opened when she visited on Dec. 26.

The missing man was a regular caller to radio talk shows here, often singing hymns and proclaiming the gospel rather than commenting on the topic of discussion.
