KINGSTOWN – Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves will travel to Venezuela on Friday (today) to attend a meeting of the Bolivarian Alliance for Our Americas (ALBA) Bank.
“I have to be on a plane around 12 o’clock tomorrow,” he told Parliament Thursday night ahead of a suspension around 10:20 p.m.
