Gamal “Skinny Fabulous” Doyle was not just “The General” at Soca Monarch — he ruled the road on Tuesday too.
“The General”, which won Skinny the Soca Monarch title on Saturday, was this year’s Road March.
It was followed by Lornette “Fya Empress” Nedd-Reid’s “Ketch It”, which won the Ragga Soca title on Saturday.
