A Gibson Corner man was gunned down in the residential area, just outside Kingstown Thursday night.
The dead man has been identified as 27-year-old Dwane “Chucky” Mitchell.
He is said to have received several bullets about the body.
Police are investigating.
This country has registered 16 homicides so far this year, three of which occurred over the past two weeks.
