St. Vincent and the Grenadines now has a live teleshopping show, Bargain TV, which is produced by WHD Productions & Ignite!.
Bargain TV, which is aired on IKTV and simultaneously streamed online live on Mondays and Thursday, caters to both businesses and shoppers, by offering new products from retail stores throughout SVG, at lower prices.
Technical director and co-producer at Bargain TV, Steve Wallace says that the programme is timely especially since similar concepts exist elsewhere.
He noted that many persons in SVG have mobile devices, hence it was decided that the teleshopping experience should also be available online.
Host and co-producer of the show, Candice Sealey, said the response from the public and the business community since the programme premiered on Dec. 12 has been good.
“The prices on Bargain TV are much lower than in store and will not be available in store, therefore, when Bargain TV ends, the deals end,” she said.
Bargain TV is being produced in seasons. The first season runs until March.
