Police are investigating the death of 41-year-old Byera resident, Jevie Smith, whose decomposing body was discovered around 10 p.m. on Thursday.
Smith is said to have lived alone. I-Witness News understands that his ex-girlfriend found him dead.
Police say a post mortem will be conducted.
