J’ouvert Fanatics gave a taste of what is to come for Vincy Mas 2014 when they staged a presentation, “Laugh Out Loud” during the launch of Carinval on Saturday.
The group, which includes Minister of Culture Cecil “Ces” McKie put a humorous spin on a number of local and international events, including the recent outbreak of the chikungunya virus.
