A 17-year-old Community College student was hospitalised Monday after being knocked off the road and into a yard below an embankment while walking along Casson Hill sometime around 3 p.m.

He was thrown over the wall into the property below and the vehicle fastened his shoulder when it landed.

Several vehicles have over the year ran off the road and come to a stop in the yard of houses below the embankment.
