The NDP continues to be the political party leading the way in its use of technology and social media online.
The main opposition New Democratic Party (NDP) says its has launched a website that not only provides information about the party, but also allows more meaningful engagement with the website and the party.
“Our supporters in the diaspora have asked how they can help by making donations. With the new site functionality, anyone can donate online securely and anonymously at www.ndpsvg.org/donate,” NDP spokespersons, Sen. Vynnette Frederick said.
“This is easy to do you can use your debit or credit card and give any amount as many times as you would like.
Frederick said many persons are interested in seeing the NDP get a chance to govern.
“The site encourages these persons to volunteer to participate and work with the campaign or individual candidates.
“Apart from these initiatives you can see the profiles for each candidate, follow our campaign news, look at photos, videos and live streaming of our campaign events.
“We also provide a schedule of events and online application forms for our party and our party groups including the rapidly growing young democrat organization,” she said.
Frederick said visitors to the website can download wallpapers, ringtones and campaign music, for use on their devices.
