The interview segment was characterised by shallow, short answer.

Woodley said she was especially pleased with her performance in that segment of the show “because I was very confident in my answers. I was pleased that I know what I was about to say.”

She was asked:

“As a student who performs well both academically and in sports, what advice would you give to parents who do not want their children to participate in sports?”

Woodley said:

“Being an individual who does exceptionally well in academic and athletics, I would definitely encourage adults to tell their children to participate in athletics. Why? Athletics and academics do go well hand in hand. This gives you the ability to travel the world, to be an ambassador of your country and it makes you open to scholarships. I thank you.”

Her second question was: “Who is that one influential person you would want to meet and why?”

She responded:

“That one influential person that I would want to meet would love to meet would be Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce. Being a person who loves athletics, she inspires me. Coming from the poor background she came from and where anyone barely knew her, she persevered and strived to become the Olympic gold medallist and she is very inspiring. And she is also a role model to young athletes like myself. I thank you.”

She ended by singing Skinny Fabulous’ “This Island is Mine”.
