The SVGCA Neil Williams T20 competition bowled off on the weekend.
In the female segment of the T20 competition, JG Tigress and Sons made light work of CJ MSDA Julius Anthony Northern Girls by 10 wickets.
CJ MSDA Julius Anthony Northern Girls were 43 all out. Isha Williams 3 for 8, Stacy-Ann Adams and Samantha Cain 2 for 4 each while Glendeen Turtin 2 for 12 wrapped up the Northern Girls innings in 16.2 overs.
In reply, JG Tigress and Sons took 7 overs without the loss of a wicket in reaching 44.
United Survivors won by default over Radcliffe Girls in the other female match.
In male the competition, Strike Eagles struck gold in their two opening matches.
Strike Eagles had the better of Dominic Sutherland Lloyd Lewis Memorial Cricket Team by 6 wickets.
Dominic Sutherland Lloyd Lewis Memorial Cricket Team scored 110 for 7 in 18 overs.
Ricky King led the batting with 32.
Keyan Dowers 2 for 16 and Adrian Stapleton 2 for 20 picked up wickets for Strike Eagles who reached 111 for 4 off 14.5 overs.
Ozico Williams led the way with 40 while to Keyan Dowers added 30 not out.
Strike Eagles then made it two wins in two matches with a commanding 106-run thumping of Vee Jays Roof Top and Bar North Windward.
Strike Eagles 176 all out in 20 overs.
Ozico Williams 63 off 37 balls and Joey Liverpool 36 shared a first wicket stand of 91.
Jemouth Brackin took 3 for 36 for Vee Jays Roof Top and Bar North Windward, who were then bundled out for 70 in 13.1 overs.
Devon Charles bagged 5 for 14 to secure the win for Strike Eagles.
Keegan’s Bequia XI made light work of Victors Two, defeating them by 60 runs. Keegan’s Bequia XI were 150 for 8 from 20 overs.
Chelson Stowe stroked 66 from 38 balls. Zimron Providence 3 for 32, Kishore Shallow 2 for 21 and Adinol Richards 2 for 28 picked up wickets for Victors Two, who, in reply, fell short at 90 for 7 in their 20 overs.
Romando Mars made 31. Jenry Ollivierre took 2 for 9 for Keegan’s Bequia XI.
Pollard Investment North Windward held off Flow Radcliffe by 8 runs.
Pollard Investment North Windward 124 all out in 20 overs with Shem Browne 36 and Razine Browne 27.
Othneil Lewis 3 for 18 and Richie Richards 3 for 33 picked up wickets for Flow Radcliffe who were restricted to 116 for 6 when their overs ran out.
Razine Browne returned with the ball to take 3 for 17.
Police Two locked away CJ MSDA Julius Anthony Northern Stars by 84 runs. Salvan Browne’s 65 pushed Police Two to 165 for 7 in their allotment of 20 overs.
Winston Samuel took 2 for 32 bowling for CJ MSDA Julius Anthony Northern Stars, who only managed 81 in reply from 15.4 overs.
Salvan Spencer picked up 3 for 17 with the ball for Police Two.
Scores for the matches between, Guardian General Saints and Police One, Victors One and Guardian General Saints as well as Police One verses Vee Jays Roof Top and Bar North Windward were not available at press time.
