There is now one active COVID-19 case in the country.

“This new case from the USA, a country categorised as high risk, emphasizes the great importance of strictly enforcing all of the protocols, including the requirement of arriving with a valid negative SARS-CoV-2 PCR test result, testing on arrival in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, mandatory quarantine in a quarantine/transition hotel and testing on day 4 or 5 of quarantine,” NEMO said.

“These protocols are designed to protect all Vincentians and to allow for relatively unrestrained daily activities. As many countries in the world are recording increase COVID-19 activity, these protocols must be maintained and adhered to.”
